You, as a Community Connection / LICK (Art Trap Productions) Customer ("Customer"), acknowledge, represent and warrant that, acceptance of the benefits, rights and privileges afforded to you are fair and adequate consideration to contractually bind you to the terms and conditions herein set forth and as may, from time to time, be amended, changed, modified, and/or supplemented by Community Connection / LICK, without notice.

Community Connection / LICK provides a public advertising service. You acknowledge that Community Connection / LICK does not have any ownership interest in your site. You acknowledge that Community Connection / LICK does not, in any way, provide you with content for your site. Community Connection / LICK does not edit or verify the content of any internet web site. Webmasters are fully responsible for all content on their site, and the validity of all information which they submit to Community Connection / LICK. Community Connection / LICK reserves the right to delist any web site at any time for any reason. When you buy advertising from Community Connection / LICK, you warrant to Community Connection / LICK (1) that you are an adult, over eighteen years of age; (2) that you have the right to use the credit card with which you pay Community Connection / LICK; and (3) that you follow all international, national and local laws which may govern the operation of your business, and that you will indemnify Community Connection / LICK (Art Trap Productions) and its staff from any action taken against you or your business as the result of a violation of those laws.

All fees paid to Art Trap Productions for advertising on Community Connection / LICK are nonrefundable in the event that any services are canceled by Community Connection / LICK for violation of these terms and conditions or by you, the Customer.

Community Connection / LICK does not make any warranties, representations or other assurances whatsoever, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You, the Customer, acknowledge and agree that by requesting or accepting services from Community Connection / LICK, that these terms and conditions shall be construed under and pursuant to the laws of the State of New York and jurisdiction and venue for any action to enforce, interpret or otherwise dealing with these terms and conditions, Community Connection / LICK or any rights arising herefrom, shall be in Nassau County, New York. If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part or parts of these terms and conditions are invalid or void, then the remaining part or parts shall remain in full force and effect.

Customer acknowledges that Community Connection / LICK (Art Trap Productions) relies on the representations and warranties made by the Customer in all applications and web forms, and in these terms and conditions. Customer represents and warrants that all information provided to Community Connection / LICK is true and correct.

Customer acknowledges, represents and warrants that he/she has read these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them as part of and in consideration of the services provided by Community Connection / LICK (Art Trap Productions).
